In order for us to provide a Virtual Estimate, we need the following information.
1. Identify the rooms / areas within the scope of work and what you want to be done in each room. Example: Paint the ceilings, walls, trim & closet in the bedroom, hallway & kitchen.
2. Are there any areas of concern that should be brought to our attention?
3. Provide photos of each wall/surface within the scope of work and any additional photos detailing areas of concern. We can provide an accurate Virtual Estimate if the photos show every surface within the scope of work.
